There are so many choices of many kinds of classes in Pointe-Claire. Kung Fu (Wushu) classes are designed for kids, juniors and adults. The levels of classes include beginner, intermediate and advanced students. Qigong, Chinese traditional wellness exercise, is especially suitable for seniors and anyone who does not want to remember routines. Chen's Taichi and Yang Style Taichi are also standard courses here for different levels.
