Self-Defence
Self-Defence, sometimes called Sanda or Sanshou is a Chinese hand-to-hand self-defense system and combat sport. And also it is generally used to describe a type of training in learning how to deal with or avoid the threat of physical violence. Self-Defence combines full-contact kickboxing, which include close range and rapid successive punches and kicks, with wrestling, takedowns, throws, sweeps, kick catches, and in some competitions, even elbow and knee strikes.
Benefits of learning Self-Defence:
